Job Summary

The role requires strong expertise in

plant HR, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and labor management

within a core manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end HR operations

including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce management. Handle

industrial relations (IR)

, union/labor issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

: PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc. Oversee

contract labor management

, attendance, shift planning, and payroll coordination. Develop and implement

HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives

. Support

internal/external audits

, inspections, and maintain statutory records. Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership and management.

Experience Required

10 to 15 years

of total HR experience Minimum

5+ years in Plant HR / HR Head / Senior HR role

in a

manufacturing environment

Mandatory exposure to

core manufacturing industries

Education

MBA in Human Resources

(Preferred)

Engineering graduates

with strong plant HR exposure may also apply
