Strong expertise in
performance management, leadership development, and HR transformation
Solid understanding of
labour laws, compliance, and data privacy
Experience with
HR systems, analytics, and digital HR platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people, culture, and organization design
Drive
performance management, workforce productivity, and talent development frameworks
Build leadership pipelines, succession planning, and skills-based learning programs
Strengthen
employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives
Provide governance across HR operations, policies, and global compliance
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure adherence to labour laws and FinTech regulations
Leverage
people analytics
to drive data-driven talent and workforce decisions
