The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function and driving people-centric strategies that support business growth. This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The HR Head acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team and ensures a high-performance, ethical, and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee HRIS, data accuracy, and documentation.
Manage policies, SOPs, and employee on boarding/ off boarding.
Work closely with business leaders on organizational changes.
Advise management on people-related risks and decisions.
Represent HR in board or leadership meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in Compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance.
Experience leading HR in a fast-growing or large organization preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive culture, manage change, and solve complex workforce issues.
