to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and managing all HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire HR department, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
Monitor attendance, performance, and employee discipline.
Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labor Laws, etc.).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and performance reviews.
Foster a positive and productive work culture.
Conduct training and development programs for employee growth.
Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
7-10 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
