The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage the overall HR function for Pitasys Softwares Pvt. Ltd., overseeing HR operations across the Mumbai and Pune branches. This role is responsible for strategic HR leadership, payroll management, employee engagement, grievance handling, event management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR compliance
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in multi-location HR management
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
Experience in IT / Software industry preferred
Proven experience managing payroll, engagement, and grievance processes
