Key Responsibilities
Lead manpower planning and staffing for all stores and corporate functions.
Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and compliance frameworks across the organisation.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, POSH implementation, and all labour law & statutory compliances.
Design and administer incentive and commission structures.
Drive training & development initiatives, employee engagement, and talent retention programs.
Provide strategic HR leadership and support to senior management.
Educational Qualification
MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
Experience
Minimum
10 years of relevant HR experience
