Job Title: HR Head

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Industry: Real Estate (Preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Kharadi, Pune Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong advantage for candidates who have worked in the Real Estate Sector. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Lead performance management processes and support department heads with performance reviews.

Plan and implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and benefits administration.

Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.

Support organizational development initiatives and HR strategic planning.

Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.

Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
