Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead

end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

for all levels of employees in manufacturing and corporate functions. Manage HR operations, policies, and ensure

compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

(PF, ESI, LWF, etc.). Develop and implement

performance management systems

to enhance employee performance and productivity. Plan and conduct

training & development programs

to upskill employees in line with industry standards. Handle

employee relations, grievances, and retention strategies

to maintain a positive work environment. Maintain accurate

HR records, coordinate payroll

, and generate HR reports. Foster a

positive workplace culture

aligned with the company's sustainability and ethical values.

Requirements:



5 to 10 years of HR experience

, with at least

4 years of stable experience in a single organization

. Proven experience as an

HR Manager

in the manufacturing sector, preferably in

eco-friendly products, home, or personal care industries

. Strong knowledge of

labor laws, statutory compliance

, and HR best practices. Excellent

communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to manage

HR operations, payroll, and employee engagement

effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
