Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
for all levels of employees in manufacturing and corporate functions. Manage HR operations, policies, and ensurecompliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, LWF, etc.). Develop and implementperformance management systems
to enhance employee performance and productivity. Plan and conducttraining & development programs
to upskill employees in line with industry standards. Handleemployee relations, grievances, and retention strategies
to maintain a positive work environment. Maintain accurateHR records, coordinate payroll
, and generate HR reports. Foster apositive workplace culture
aligned with the company's sustainability and ethical values.Requirements:
5 to 10 years of HR experience
, with at least4 years of stable experience in a single organization
. Proven experience as anHR Manager
in the manufacturing sector, preferably ineco-friendly products, home, or personal care industries
. Strong knowledge oflabor laws, statutory compliance
, and HR best practices. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
. Ability to manageHR operations, payroll, and employee engagement
effectively.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
