Job Description

Job Summary:



The HR Head at Chaudhary Lifestyle will be responsible for leading the entire Human Resource function, ensuring smooth HR operations, developing people strategies, and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. The role involves strategic planning as well as hands-on execution across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives. Partner with top management to drive organizational culture, values, and workforce planning. Design and execute policies to strengthen the company's employer brand.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Implement onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

3. Performance Management



Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based). Conduct regular review meetings to ensure continuous performance improvement. Identify training and development needs for various levels.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement



Foster a healthy work environment through open communication and team-building activities. Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and reward programs.

5. HR Operations & Compliance



Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records. Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc. Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and HRMIS systems.

6. Learning & Development



Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs. Encourage leadership development and succession planning.

7. Organizational Development



Contribute to change management and restructuring efforts when required. Drive initiatives for improving organizational efficiency and employee retention.

Qualifications & Skills:



Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

8-12 years

of progressive HR experience, including

3+ years in a leadership role

. Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Experience in retail, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred.
