Job Description

We are looking for retired HR manager for a reputed Hospital based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should retired from a similar role and process strong Exp in HR operations ,Compliance, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities :

Overseas Day to day HR function such as recruitment attendance and documentation.

Ensure compliance with hospital and statutory regulations.

Handle employee relations and maintain HR Records.

Guide and mentor the existing team

Key Responsibilities:

Retired Professional who has worked as an HR manager in a reputed organization (preferably hospital/ healthcare sector.

Good communication and interpersonal skill , open for part time or flexible engagement .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
