Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, and establish systems for performance management, training, and succession planning.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits, to attract and retain talent.
Compliance:
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, staying up-to-date with legal changes.
HR Operations:
Manage HR information systems (HRIS), payroll, and other HR administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
Culture & Engagement:
Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
Team Leadership:
Mentor, guide, and manage the HR team, providing coaching and performance feedback to foster their professional growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic HR management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
