We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - HR to lead our HR team in delivering exceptional HR services to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, and an MBA in HR or a related field. The Team Leader - HR will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees on a range of HR issues, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and oversee the hiring process for open positions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, retention, and development, and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
