JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic HR Planning:

Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Conducting workforce planning and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and needs. Staying updated on current and emerging HR trends and practices.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:

Managing the recruitment and hiring process for various construction-related roles. Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Creating and managing employee onboarding programs to integrate new hires. Developing and implementing employee retention strategies.
Employee Relations:

Managing employee relations, including resolving disputes and conflicts. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Compliance and Legal:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the construction industry. Managing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Working with legal counsel on HR-related matters.
Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee incentive programs. Ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices. Overseeing the administration of employee benefits.
