Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that fits the company culture.
Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs.
Design and implement organization design strategies to optimize workforce effectiveness.
Lead human capital management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
Utilize HR software systems such as Paychex, Dayforce, UltiPro, and SAP for efficient HR operations.
Drive program management efforts to enhance HR processes and improve service delivery across the organization.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement among HR staff.
Skills
