Job Opening: HR Head

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Experience: 7-8 Years (3-4 Years in Team Handling)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead and drive our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring timely work delivery across all functions. This is a leadership role requiring a proactive approach and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across departments. Drive timely and efficient work delivery within the HR function. Oversee and improve HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, coordination, and compliance Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Monitor HR KPIs and reporting for continuous process improvement Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 HR professionals. Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals

Requirements:

7-9 years of overall HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and operations. Minimum 3-4 years of team handling experience Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects and priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
