HR Head

Educational Qualification: MBA-HR

Minimum Experience: 12 to 15 Years experience in HR preferably in the IT or Tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT policies, and other statutory norms.

The candidate should have handled corporate HR function in a company having decent employee strength.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Assess training needs and implement learning programs for technical and managerial skills

Note: Only Nagpur Candidates are preferable
