Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central escalation point for any uncertain or critical HR issues across all locations, including factory, depots, and regional offices
Address and resolve concerns with sensitivity, confidentiality, and in alignment with company policies
Serve as the bridge between employees and senior management to support communication, engagement, and conflict resolution
Supervise overall HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and exit procedures without direct execution
Ensure each HR function runs smoothly through efficient team coordination
Oversee internal department workflows and identify process gaps or interpersonal challenges
Support function heads in managing their teams effectively and fostering accountability
Oversee structured hiring for mid to senior roles, coordinating across zones
Ensure timely joining and smooth induction of new hires
Oversee factory and depot HR-related functioning including discipline, welfare, attendance tracking, and compliance
Monitor payroll and compliance activities handled by respective team members or consultants
Ensure timely processing and statutory adherence (PF etc.)
Guide the HR team in organizing engagement activities, team events, and festive celebrations to build morale and a cohesive culture
Ensure accurate and timely HR data updates, dashboards, and reports for management
Share ideas and implement practical systems or tools that streamline and improve internal processes in consultation with management
Independently manage departmental SOPs and other inter-functional responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Demonstrate initiative by taking charge of key operational areas and executing them efficiently without waiting for directions
Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and responsiveness within the HR function
Provide coaching and direction to HR team members to support their professional development
Participate in organizational development initiatives aligned with long-term business goals

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance norms, and employee relations
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and handle sensitive HR escalations
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to oversee multi-location HR functions and drive consistency across zones
Self-driven with the ability to handle department-level initiatives and process improvements independently
High emotional intelligence with a problem-solving and strategic mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools
