Post- HR Head-(Reporting to Chairman) Location- Andheri-(E)-J.B Nagar Exp- Min 8yrs to 20 Yrs Salary Budget- 25lac to 30lac

JOB Description



Key Responsibilities:



Strategic HR Leadership:



Develop HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and values. Participate in the development of the organization's plans and programs as a strategic partner. Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.

Talent Management:



Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes. Develop and implement training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

Employee Relations:



Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture. Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers in resolving conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:



Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive.

Performance Management:



Oversee the performance management system, including setting performance standards, monitoring, and appraisals. Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans and career development paths.

HR Operations:



Ensure effective and efficient HR operations, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) management. Maintain and update employee records and HR metrics.

Organizational Development:



Lead organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Manage change management processes within the organization.

Compliance and Risk Management:



Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks.

Leadership and Team Management:



Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
