Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure

2. Talent Management



Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management Drive leadership development and succession planning

3. Employee Relations & Compliance



Handle employee engagement, grievance management, disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with

labour laws, factories act, statutory requirements


4. Compensation & Benefits



Design salary structures, incentives, PMS, and rewards Control HR budgets and manpower costs

5. HR Operations



Supervise payroll, attendance, HRIS, policies, and audits Ensure smooth HR processes across locations

6. Culture & Engagement



Build a positive workplace culture Drive engagement initiatives and employer branding
Qualifications & Experience

MBA / MSW in HR or related field

10-20+ years

of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations (especially for manufacturing)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?1,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
