Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Lead training, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR.
5-15 years of experience in HR with leadership exposure.
Strong command over HR laws, systems, and people management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
