Oxygen The Digital Shop is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for a workforce of over 1800+ employees, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Head will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Management:
Manage daily HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and labour laws.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and manage the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
Workforce Planning:
Assess personnel needs and plan HR initiatives accordingly.
Recruitment & Hiring:
Ensure hiring protocols are followed while recruiting top talent.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assign appropriate compensation and benefits to employees.
Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs for employee growth and performance improvement.
Employee Relations:
Maintain positive employee relationships and foster a productive work environment.
Compliance & Legal Adherence:
Ensure the organization complies with labour laws and employment regulations.
HR Strategy & Advisory:
Provide strategic HR guidance to the management and advise on legislative matters.
Decision-Making & Problem-Solving:
Make daily HR decisions and address immediate HR-related challenges effectively.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Regularly report to the CEO and collaborate with senior management to align HR functions with business objectives.

or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of HR experience

Strong understanding of

in Kerala.
Hands-on experience in
HR technology and HRIS tools
