Responsible for aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives, overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. Key responsibilities involve developing HR policies, managing the HR department and budget, leading strategic workforce planning, and serving as the liaison between senior leadership and employees.
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure that all HR programs and initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently, and to provide guidance and direction to team members.
Experience in Automobile industry is a added advantage
