Oversee the appraisal process and ensure goal alignment.
Guide managers on feedback and development conversations.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.

Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree in HR / MBA in HR
8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities*
