Key Responsibilities



Strategic HR Management:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. Serve as a strategic partner to management in supporting business growth and change.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Plan and execute hiring strategies, Manage end-to-end recruitment

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee issues. Conduct employee engagement activities.

Performance Management:

Oversee the appraisal process and ensure goal alignment. Guide managers on feedback and development conversations.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.

Payroll & Attendance:

Policy Formulation & Implementation:


Qualifications & Skills



Master's Degree in HR / MBA in HR 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/generalist HR role Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities*

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
