We're looking for an experienced HR Head to lead our HR team in Noida. You'll drive HR strategies, manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and development, and ensure a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.

- Lead HR team and handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Support leadership development and succession planning.

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of HR experience, preferably in IT.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in HRMS and analytics.
