We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of talent management and development in the IT industry. The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, attracting and retaining top talent, and supporting employee growth and development.
JOB PURPOSE (Responsibilities)
1.
Lead multiple HR functions as a leader & collaborate with SPOCs/ Managers for effective implementation of the programs, modules for better results.
2.
Must possess strong relationship with business and leadership team, for presenting and implementing the required changes to drive and meet the business goals.
3.
Establish and implement HR policies, strategies & frameworks that effectively communicate and support Organisation's mission and strategic vision to build high performing culture.
4.
Drive the TA strategy and agreed deliverables of the Organisation.
5.
Ensure implementation of HR systems, processes optimisation and run best practices to achieve employee motivation, productivity and retention.
6.
Coach leadership / managers in enhancing their effectiveness as leaders to build and sustain the Cozentus culture. That significantly lead employee Productivity and Renteion.
7.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills that enables the HR Team to leverage data to create HR strategies that support and drives business results.
8.
Responsible for Yearly HR Budget and audit.
9.
Be an ambassador for Cozentus's culture and values.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Requirements & Skills )
1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/ Master's degree
2.
HR certification, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR (Preferred).

+years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT industry.
(HR engagement practices, Talent Acquisition , Talent Management, Performance management, L&D initiatives , Succession Planning, Policy Formulation, legal and regulatory requirements including statutory demands)
4.
