Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall HR strategy and operations
Manage HR outsourcing transitions (TA, Payroll, HR Ops, Compliance)
Client stakeholder management and HR service delivery
Set up, stabilize, and scale HR processes post-transition
Drive HR governance, policies, and compliance
Lead and mentor HR teams across functions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong exposure to
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Strategic, process-driven, and execution-focused
