We're Hiring | HR Head (Hybrid)

BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced HR Head for one of our leading consulting clients.

Location: Gurugram / Rohini (Hybrid)

Role: HR Head

CTC: Up to ?30 LPA

Experience: 12-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals

Oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compliance

Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational development and workforce planning

Build and strengthen HR policies, processes, and culture

Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle and lead a high-performing HR team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience

Strong exposure to strategic HR, stakeholder management, and consulting environments preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills

Prior experience handling hybrid workforces is a plus
