Skills:Candidates must have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (T&A). Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and hiring of senior staff and consultants; ensure job openings are posted and managed effectively across platforms.
Monitor team & departmental attrition rates, take corrective actions, and drive employee engagement and retention.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies; ensure compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and legal regulations.
Assess training needs, conduct programs, and maintain training records aligned with organizational goals.
Design and maintain organizational structure, streamline HR processes, and implement HR software solutions for efficiency.
Manage employee onboarding, set KRAs within probation, and handle benefits, payroll, and health & safety programs.
Support strategic HR planning to attract and retain top talent, and contribute to long-term organizational goals.
Qualification:MBA or Above
Experience:12 - 15 years (Hospital Industry)
