Design and implement a performance appraisal and goal-setting system.
Identify skill gaps and create training & development programs.
Lead initiatives to improve productivity, retention, and motivation.
Create career pathing and succession plans for key positions.
3. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Design competitive salary structures aligned with market benchmarks.
Oversee payroll, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
Ensure timely HR audits and maintain accurate HR MIS and reports.
Manage performance-linked incentive and bonus programs.
4. Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development
Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture aligned with company values.
Create employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and communication channels.
Coach department heads and emerging leaders in people management.
Drive diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
5. HR Systems & Process Excellence
Digitize HR operations (HRMS, ATS, payroll automation).
Create SOPs for HR processes like onboarding, exit, and performance reviews.
Analyze HR data to drive insights and decision-making.
Establish strong HR governance and documentation practices.
