Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage and oversee various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce engagement. The HR professional will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with labour laws, and creating positive workplace and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
: Manage end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
Employee Relations
: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
: Drive appraisal processes, KPIs, and employee development plans.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
: Maintain payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
Training & Development
: Identify training needs and implement skill enhancement programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
: Maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce reports.
Employee Engagement
: Organize engagement activities, team-building, and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR role (minimum 5-8 years depending on seniority).
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS /Payroll systems).
