The Hospital HR Executive/Manager is responsible for managing all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and training within the hospital setting. The role ensures that the hospital staff is well-supported, policies are followed, and workforce requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative roles
Coordinate staff onboarding, induction, and orientation processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
Address staff grievances and implement disciplinary procedures if needed
Conduct training sessions and performance appraisals
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and benefits
Support hospital leadership in workforce planning and policy implementation
Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Liaise with consultants and agencies for manpower supply when required
Required Skills
:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws in healthcare
Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and employee databases
Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources / Hospital Administration / MBA HR
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
Working knowledge of medical staff credentialing and hospital compliance preferred
