The HR Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations at Reckon
Diagnostics, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This role encompasses
independently managing payroll, recruitment, policy implementation, onboarding and exits,
performance review exercises, identifying training needs, and handling general employee
grievances.
Accountability:
Accountable for the accurate and timely execution of HR processes.
Accountable for compliance with HR policies and relevant labour laws.
Accountable for maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality.
Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new
hires.
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Manage the onboarding and exit processes for employees.
Coordinate and administer the performance review exercise.
Identify employee training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and facilitate resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Time-to-Hire.
Employee Turnover Rate.
Accuracy of Payroll Processing.
Completion Rate of Performance Reviews.
Competency Requirements:
Technical:
Good understanding of HR procedures, payroll processing, recruitment methodologies, performance management systems, and relevant labour laws.
Proficient in using HRIS systems, payroll software, and spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
Functional:
Proven ability to independently manage HR processes, conductrecruitment, administer payroll, and handle employee relations.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Behavioural:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, proactive and problem-solving approach, empathetic and fair.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles with hands-on experience in managing the responsibilities outlined.
