Job Summary

As a HR Head you will work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and team development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a team leader who can make effective decisions quickly. Lead a team of recruiters & source to meet the KPIs Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, D&I). Research and choose job advertising options. Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Developing and implementing human resources policies. Supporting strategic objectives. Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Managing staff wellness and performance reviews. Motivating and supporting current staff. Maintaining staff records. Handling employee benefits. Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions. Designing and directing training programs

Primary Skills:


Experience in Talent Acquisition for 8-12 years The ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong decision-making skills.

Secondary Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
