Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
entire HR and administration function
across all departments.
Develop and implement
HR policies, systems, and procedures
aligned with company goals and statutory requirements.
Manage
recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement
, grievance management, and maintain harmonious relations with workmen and unions.
Conduct
disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiries, and labor law compliance audits
.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering heads to plan workforce requirements and skill development initiatives.
Implement
health, safety, and welfare programs
in coordination with HSE teams.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability at all levels.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum
10-18 years
of HR experience, preferably in the
forging, machining, or heavy engineering industry
.
In-depth knowledge of
labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliances
.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and drive organizational chan
