The HR Head oversees all human resources activities across multiple hotel properties, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, regulatory compliance, and positive workplace culture to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with group business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention programs across the hotel group.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and legal compliance.
Plan and facilitate staff training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures confidentially and fairly.
Collaborate with hotel management teams on workforce planning and organizational development.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement levels.
Support leadership with change management initiatives and conflict resolution.
Ensure HR policies stay current with labor laws and industry standards.
Employer Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive HR leadership experience in the hospitality sector, usually 5+ years.
Deep knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and talent management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
