InstaServ India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and results-driven
HR Head
with 4-6+ years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, learning & development, and administrative management. You will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals, and supporting the growth and development of our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for all organizational roles, with a focus on digital marketing positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies across platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition channels.
Oversee resume screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads to ensure hiring quality and efficiency.
Maintain recruitment analytics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support workforce planning.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
Drive seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave systems, and ensure HR data integrity.
Formulate and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
3. Administration & Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage vendor relationships, office procurement, and facility maintenance.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting for HR and office operations.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture:
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
5. Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.
Design and coordinate learning programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
Requirements:
Experience: 4-6+ years in HR, with prior experience as HR Manager/Head in a digital marketing agency preferred.
Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment for digital marketing roles (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and HRMS tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Pay: ?30,351.07 - ?45,569.19 per month
