Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to fill key gaps in our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance management, international client handling, and end-to-end recruitment. This role will support the HR team in enhancing organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent acquisition across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Analysis:
o Develop and define KRAs and KPIs for various roles and departments.
o Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
International Client Coordination:
o Communicate directly with international clients (e.g., Australia) to understand hiring requirements.
o Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and ensure positions are filled efficiently.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for both internal movements and external hiring.
o Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance appraisal framework aligned with company objectives and culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of HR experience, with a focus on performance management, recruitment, and client coordination.
Strong skills in KRA/KPI design and performance analysis.
Experience handling international clients is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
