Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Mandatory experience in the

construction industry

(infrastructure, civil, or related fields). Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage teams and complex HR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
