to lead the HR function of our university. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, build a high performing workforce, and ensure a positive work culture aligned with the institution's vision and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end -to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Formulate and implement HR policies, service rules, and procedures as per UGC, AICTE, and state regulations.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems and recommend promotions/ increments.
Drive employee engagement , conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
Identify training needs and implement faculty & staff development programs.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance, maintain HR records and documentation.
Implement and manage HRMS/ERP systems for efficient operations.
Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
8-15 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a leadership role.(preferably in higher education)/
Excellent communication , leadership, and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory frameworks(UGC, AICTE etc).
Experience in policy drafting, performance management, and organizational development.
