Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

HR Head & Business Operations Manager

with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage HR processes, streamline business operations, and handle basic accounts activities using Tally.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management



Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and compliance procedures Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures Plan training programs and manage talent development initiatives

Business Operations



Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities across all departments Improve internal processes for higher productivity and smoother workflow Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, and Tech teams for operational alignment Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support management with planning Manage vendor coordination, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to company SOPs

Basic Accounts (Tally)



Manage basic accounting entries in Tally (receipts, payments, journal entries) Assist accounts team with invoice preparation, follow-ups, and reconciliations Maintain petty cash, expense tracking, and basic financial records Support monthly closing activities and provide required documentation to accounts Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field 5-10 years of experience in HR & Operations (managerial level preferred)

Basic knowledge of accounting and hands-on experience with Tally ERP

Strong understanding of HR compliance, statutory laws, and operational processes Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams efficiently Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
