ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technicians, operators, supervisors, and contract labor.
2. Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Factories Act, ID Act, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
3.Ensure statutory compliance in licensing, audits, and inspections.
4.Oversee payroll processing, overtime calculation, and shift allowances.
Manage employee benefits, statutory payments, and leave administration.
5 .Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, personnel files, and documentation.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
Experience: 5-12 years of HR experience, preferably in steel, heavy engineering, manufacturing, or process industries.
Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,080,000.00 per year
