Role summary

Lead the human resources function for Megha Electromech, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy to support business growth. Own end?to?end HR operations for the manufacturing unit and act as a strategic partner to senior management.

Key responsibilities

HR strategy and leadership:

Develop and implement HR policies, workforce plans, and people?strategy aligned to business goals.

Talent acquisition:

Lead end?to?end recruitment for shop floor, technical, and managerial roles; build talent pipelines and campus/company hiring programs.

Performance and rewards:

Design and manage performance appraisal cycles, competency frameworks, salary reviews, and incentive schemes.

Employee relations and engagement:

Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and initiatives to improve retention and morale.

Learning and development:

Identify training needs, design L&D plans, and coordinate technical and soft?skills programs.

Compliance and administration:

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws), maintain HR records, manage payroll coordination, and oversee HR audits.

HR operations:

Oversee attendance, shift rosters, manpower planning, onboarding, exit processes, and HR MIS reporting.

Leadership and culture:

Coach line managers on people practices, drive safety and quality culture, and lead change management initiatives.
Required qualifications and skills

Education:

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:

7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll processes, HRMS familiarity, and MS Office.

Behavioral skills:

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Other:

Ability to work on shop?floor schedules, travel to satellite sites, and manage cross?functional stakeholder expectations.
Compensation and reporting

Salary band:

Competitive; indicative range

?20,000-?35,000

per month depending on experience and fit.

Reports to Managing Director / Plant Head; dotted line to Finance for payroll and compliance.
