Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, coordination). Create job postings and manage hiring portals. Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Management & Team Handling



Monitor team performance and attendance. Handle team coordination, task allocation, and daily reporting. Address team issues, conflicts, and provide support to staff. Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.

3. HR Operations



Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Support payroll inputs, salary slips, and PF/ESI coordination. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.

4. Employee Engagement



Plan employee activities, celebrations, and motivation programs. Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members. Support in resolving grievances professionally.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensure implementation of HR policies across the team. Handle audits, compliance documentation, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:



Strong communication & interpersonal skills Team management and leadership abilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution Time management & multitasking Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Excel, and documentation

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (HR/Management preferred) Prior experience in HR operations and team coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
