Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview:

The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.

Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.

Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management policies.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.

Organize and facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels.

Support career development initiatives.

HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

HR Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Generate reports and analyze HR data for decision-making purposes.

Requirements

2.Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. 4.Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7.Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
