Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
Maintain and update HRIS and employee records
Handle employee relations and support grievance resolution
Process monthly payroll and manage salary-related queries
Oversee PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance
Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law adherence
Coordinate employee training and development activities
