. Your role will involve managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, documentation and exit management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee relations through effective communication and support.
3. Employee Engagement and Well-being:Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation.
Implement wellness programs to promote the health and well-being of employees.
4. HRMS ManagementEnsure the HRMS is updated with all the required changes
Track and monitor leaves and attendance dashboard and resolve employee queries if any
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:Utilise HR analytics to measure and assess HR-related metrics and key performance indicators.
Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years experience in human resource management in (SaaS or digital marketing industry exp will be preffered)
Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving HR-related issues.
