Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
interns and freshers
in IT (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.) and Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Content, PPC, etc.).
Create and post
job descriptions
for internship and fresher roles on various platforms (Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source candidates
through job portals, social media, references, and campus tie-ups.
Screen resumes
, conduct initial telephonic/virtual HR rounds, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with
department heads / team leads
for technical interviews.
Plan and manage
campus hiring drives
, including coordination with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells.
Maintain and update
candidate tracking sheets, interview status, and recruitment MIS
.
Assist in
offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding
of interns.
Maintain good
candidate experience
and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Support HR in basic
HR operations/coordination tasks
as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Any Graduate / HR / Management
(MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience
in HR recruitment; experience in
intern / fresher hiring or campus hiring
will be a strong plus.
Experience hiring for
IT and/or Digital Marketing roles
preferred.
Good understanding of
job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Good
coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
.
Ability to handle
multiple positions and deadlines
at the same time.
