HR Generalist / Recruiter

who can take full ownership of hiring, onboarding, and core HR operations as we scale.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Hiring

Own end-to-end hiring across tech, sales, marketing, and support roles Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks Pre-screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication Work with founders to build a strong employer brand and hiring culture Maintain a talent pipeline and track hiring metrics

People Ops & HR Admin

Handle onboarding and documentation of new hires Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Maintain attendance and leave tracking systems

You'll Excel If You:

Have

1-2 years of experience

in hiring for startups or SMBs Have recruited across tech, sales, or support roles Are highly organized, process-driven, and self-managed Can work closely with founders and department heads Are fluent in

English and Hindi

Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product companies
