Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HRMS updates).
Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HR audits.
Performance Management
Coordinate annual/quarterly appraisal cycles.
Support managers in performance discussions and goal-setting.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training sessions, track effectiveness, and maintain records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience (generalist/operations).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
