Job Title: HR Generalist - Only Female Candidates Company: Leading Manufacturing MNC in Hyderabad Location. Roles and Responsibilities

• Onboarding Follow-up with HR Operations leader and ensuring EID & email ID creation, seating allocation, Induction schedule based on the inputs from respective Leaders and HR BP, Employee boards, Visiting and ID cards creation partnering with vendor
  
• Employee Engagement Driving Employee Committees (Committee scheduling, attendance management of the Committee members, MOM), HR Help Desk, Engagement Events (Fun Fridays), supporting in preparing the Monthly communications presentations, HR Standing meeting – Open communication forums with permanent workforce on specific topics.
  
• Learning Solutions – Driving digital learning for our workmen, preparation of monthly learning dashboard, co-ordination with internal trainer community team and make sure the workers attend the training as per the plan, Driving weekly program for our staff category
  
• HR reports – Publishing daily attendance report of permanent workmen, monthly payroll management for workmen, MIS reports – Organization charts updation on monthly basis, Employee database management, P file management etc.,
  
• DVC hiring – Joining formalities for workmen category if any, Medical test and background verification completion, issuance of offer letter.
  
• PMS – Co-ordinate with HR BP and people managers on completion of the Performance appraisal for workmen category and maintain their appraisal letters, salary increment letters
